At Feather the Hero, we want to ensure every customer is happy with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your book, please review our returns and refund policy below:
1. Return Eligibility
- Damaged or Defective Books: If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide you with a return label and a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
- Used Books: As we drop-ship directly from the publisher or distributor, we are unable to accept returns for books that have been used or show signs of wear (such as creases, stains, or markings) unless they are damaged upon arrival.
- Multiple Readings: We understand that children love to read their favorite stories again and again, but once a book has been read or opened, it is generally considered non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
2. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our customer service at feathertheherodog@gmail.com or through the website’s contact form within 7 days of receiving your book.
- Provide your order number and a description of the issue (e.g., damaged or defective).
- If approved, we will send you a return label and further instructions on how to send the book back.
3. Refunds
- If a book is eligible for a return due to damage, defect, or shipping error, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement book.
- If a return request does not meet our policy (such as for a used or read book), unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund.
- Refunds for damaged books will be processed once the returned book has been received and inspected.
4. Shipping Costs
- For returns due to damage, defects, or shipping errors, shipping costs will be covered by Feather the Hero.
- For other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.
Additional Terms
- Book Availability: Since we drop-ship directly from the supplier, availability may vary. If a book is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or an alternative product.
- International Orders: Returns for international orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more details if you are outside the U.S.
